Sebastian Montes is the founder of Tetrachromes. Raised in Chile and Boston, he earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.

His career has been defined by one theme: helping people and systems perform under real-world problems.He led democratic initiatives with HeadCount, helped pilot an experimental Patagonia retail concept in Boulder, broke EV sales records at Tesla, and built repeatable enterprise sales motions at Slack and Salesforce.

Along the way, he learned that companies buy software for the right reasons, but often fall short of its true potential by underestimating the time, discipline, and resourcing required to make change stick.Sebastian founded Tetrachromes to close that gap: aligning people, process, and systems together, so modern tools deliver their true potential.
